  3. Responsible for all aspects of product development and support as well as manufacturing\/industrial engineering.<\/li>\n\n
  4. Establish and refine full and complete work packages (prints, BoM\u2019s, routers, work instructions) for all new products.\u00a0 <\/li>\n\n
  5. Also create and update for existing high-running products.Drive margin enhancement through material and process cost reductions.<\/li>\n\n
  6. Work in concert with other departments \u2013 Sales, Production & Quality \u2013 to ensure products & processes are designed as efficiently as possible.\u00a0 Cross-functional design reviews are expected.<\/li>\n\n

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>

    EDUCATION<\/strong><\/p>

    Bachelor\u2019s degree<\/p>

    EXPERIENCE<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>
    • 10-12 years of experience minimum in technical supervision, project management, and product development capacity.<\/li>\n\n
    • Familiarity with departmental procedure development beneficial.<\/li>\n\n
    • Familiarity with aerospace standards and expectations beneficial.<\/li>\n\n
    • Familiarity with Military standards and expectations beneficial.<\/li>\n\n
    • Familiarity with European standards and expectations beneficial.<\/li>\n\n
    • Familiarity with ISO 9001\/AS9100 Quality systems required.<\/li><\/ul>

      ABILITIES, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>
      • Must be a leader first, a manager second.<\/li>\n\n
      • Knowledge of Quality tools.<\/li>\n\n
      • Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.<\/li>\n\n
      • Must possess analytical thinking and reasoning skills.<\/li>\n\n
      • Must be thorough and exercise attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n
      • Must be able to set and maintain schedules.<\/li>\n\n
      • Must be able to mentor manufacturing engineers in lean processes, CNC machining, workflow, work instructions, quotes, routings and other manufacturing engineering functions.<\/li>\n\n
      • Must be a relationship-builder who can solve customers\u2019 technical concerns.<\/li><\/ul>
