Key Responsibilities
- Assembly Tasks: Complete the assembly of products using established procedures, ensuring that all components are correctly fitted and functioning.
- Quality Control: Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Identify and report any defects or issues.
- Machinery Operation: Operate machinery and instruments necessary for the assembly process, following safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, inspections, and any issues encountered during production.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient production and adherence to timelines.
Qualifications
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required; some positions may prefer candidates with a degree in engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing environments is often preferred. Familiarity with quality control processes is a plus.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in using hand tools and machinery.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
