As we continue to experience significant growth and expansion in the United States market, we are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Production and Supply Chain Planner. This vital role is part of our dedicated Procurement Team, based at our manufacturing facility in Springfield, Ohio. We are looking for individuals who are committed to excellence and eager to help us streamline our production processes and enhance our supply chain efficiency. Join us as we work towards meeting the evolving needs of our customers and advancing our position in the industry.<\/p><p>We are looking for an Industrial Finance Controller to oversee accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls at the plant level and across multiple sites. This position will link daily financial operations to strategic business objectives. The Industrial Finance Controller will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and clients to achieve project goals while ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders involved.<\/p><p><\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS<\/h2><ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cost Management: Oversee cost accounting, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities within the manufacturing operations to improve profitability.<\/li>\n\n<li>Internal Controls:\u00a0 Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to strengthen financial operations and prevent fraud.<\/li>\n\n<li>Industrial Process: Coordinate, review, and support the proper use of industrial processes in Sage X3.<\/li>\n\n<li>Audit Coordination: In connection with the Finance manager, coordinate with external auditors on all industrial processes (stock, work in progress) and provide all necessary documentation.<\/li>\n\n<li>Inventory &amp; Revenue Accounting: Oversee inventory accounting and revenue recognition processes specific to manufacturing.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong><u>JOB REQUIREMENTS<\/u><\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Proven experience in financial control, particularly in an industrial or manufacturing environment.<\/li>\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles and cost accounting.<\/li>\n\n<li>Proficiency with accounting software, ERP Sage X3, excel and BI softwares.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n<li>Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.<\/li>\n\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Finance.<\/li><\/ul><h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">COMPETENCIES<\/h1><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Organizational skills<\/li>\n\n<li>Technical capacity.<\/li>\n\n<li>Time Management<\/li>\n\n<li>Team-oriented mindset, reliable<\/li><\/ul>","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"class_list":["post-36734","job-offer","type-job-offer","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v24.1 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Industrial Financial Controller - The Champion GSE<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/champion-gse.com\/en\/job-offer\/industrial-finance-controller\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_US\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Industrial Financial Controller - The Champion GSE\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"THE CHAMPION GSE COMPANY, a division of the DEDIENNE Group, is a dynamic and innovative manufacturer specializing in transport containers and industrial ground support equipment for the aerospace and industrial sectors.
