Responsibilities \u2022 Process Development & Optimization\u2022 Design, document, and standardize manufacturing processes for welding, metal fabrication, and painting operations.\u2022 Identify and implement process improvements to enhance throughput, reduce waste, and improve product quality.\u2022 Evaluate and optimize material flow, work cell layouts, and ergonomics. \u2022 Production Support\u2022 Troubleshoot daily production issues related to welding, fabrication, and painting equipment or process parameters.\u2022 Develop and maintain process control documentation (e.g., work instructions, standard operating procedures, PFMEAs).\u2022 Provide technical support to operators and supervisors to ensure consistent process performance. \u2022 Equipment & Tooling\u2022 Specify, evaluate, and implement new equipment, tooling, and fixtures for improved efficiency and safety.\u2022 Work with maintenance and vendors to ensure proper setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance of equipment.\u2022 Monitor equipment performance and suggest upgrades or modifications as needed.\u2022 Quality & Compliance\u2022 Collaborate with the Quality department to establish process controls and ensure compliance with industry standards (AWS, ISO, etc.)."}
