Experience leading two multidisciplinary team comprising an engineer, quality engineer, and expeditor.3. Ability to successfully manage complexity and multiple priorities.4. Knowledge of metal-mechanical manufacturing processes, with the ability to read blueprints and perform cost engineering and cost analysis5. Proven ability to manage and enhance vendor performance in quality, engineering, and on-time delivery (OTD) through KPI monitoring and on-site vendor visits6. Strong negotiation and influencing skills."}
